About the role
This is a fixed-term 6-month contract, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We want someone who will focus on getting into the details and procedures. Your job will involve dealing with the customers` documents and data, getting technical with the Development team, assisting our Client Operations team cover more day-to-day duties and analysing the existing data as well as working with legal documents. As a small but growing team, we`ll want you to actively participate in all aspects of the business with a `can do` and `roll your sleeves up` attitude. We`re a start-up and you`ll need to be willing to take on responsibility. You`ll be instrumental in the growth of an exciting new service for investors in the UK which we then plan to take international.
You will be
Managing workflow queues and mailboxes
Supporting investors with onboarding and information requests
Dealing with high volumes of personal information and legal documentation
Maintaining all client account details to ensure all data is held accurately
Assisting the Team with processing ISA Transfers
Escalating issues appropriately, timely, and effectively
Working flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends
And with our help
Ensuring that all client-service-related activities are fully in compliance with the processes and procedures for the firm's AML and KYC obligations
Understanding the regulatory requirements relating to Financial Crime, Advice, Complaints, and Treating Customers Fairly
Work collaboratively with departments across the business
What you will need
Good command of English
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Preferably experience in a role where you have shown responsibility and diligence
Ability to use own initiative and work independently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Technical experience with systems such as Jira/Asana
