Our recruiting agency is seeking a part-time (10-15 hours/week) junior IT recruiter based in Tbilisi.
This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the tech recruitment industry, with the potential to transition to full-time. 
Remote work with weekly in-person sync meetings in Tbilisi.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Russian is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Advantage - Prior experience in a recruitment or sales role.
• Advantage - Knowledge of the IT industry and development roles.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic recruitment tasks like screening resumes or scheduling interviews.
• Make phone calls to candidates and clients on behalf of the founder.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively searching for open jobs for recruiters on platforms like Upwork, Indeed, and Guru. Training will be provided.
• Reach out to potential clients (companies and HR departments) and effectively present our agency's services for recruiting developers in Georgia and Europe.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Source and manage vendors in Georgia for various needs (e.g., business cards, office supplies).
• Conduct market research and gather industry information.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
