Job Summary:
Our Farm Restaurant Service and Catering Manager is responsible for all aspects of front of house operations, including customer service, event coordination and catering services. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering a high-quality farm-to-table dining experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Management
- Event coordination
- Staff training and development
- Inventory and supply management
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of previous experience in restaurant management, catering or event planning with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, staff and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with POS systems or catering software preferred.
- Knowledge of English or Russian language is mandatory
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is welcome
- Punctuality and a high sense of responsibility
- Ability and desire to learn new things
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field preferred.
Additional information:
- This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed, especially during peak dinner and event periods.
- A passion for farm-to-table dining and sustainable food practices is a plus.
