Spectrum is a fully integrated Design Build firm based in Tbilisi, Georgia, providing the following services: Architecture, Interior Design, Master Planning and Construction Management. We design and build unique and bespoke projects for commercial and residential sectors around the world.
Currently  we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant to Business Development Manager. 

Key Responsibilites 
  • Assist the Business Development Manager with daily tasks and long-term projects.
  • Prepare, manage, and coordinate tender documentation, including Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring adherence to the company's template, deadlines, and client specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tender submissions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
  • Ensure tender submissions are professionally formatted and meet company standards.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling and communication on behalf of the Business Development Manager.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, follow-ups and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of business activities, contracts, and agreements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in tender preparation and administrative roles, preferably within the architecture, construction, or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of tender processes, including PQQs and RFPs.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
