Onevision Marketing Consulting  is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of  Project Manager / Executive Assistant

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Project Manager / Executive Assistant with strong leadership and project management skills to oversee daily operations, manage a small team, and support the Head of Operations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of tasks, think on their feet, and drive results with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5–6 employees handling lead generation and outreach (e.g., Twitter, Instagram).

  • Track and report team performance, focusing on conversion rates and outreach success.

  • Warm up leads, follow up, and manage communication flow until leads are ready for final evaluation.

  • Execute strategic ideas and oversee their implementation from start to finish.

  • Organize and maintain the Head of Operations’ schedule and agenda.

  • Think critically and self-initiate solutions to problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Qualifications:

Experience Required:

    • 3–5 years in a similar role (Project Manager, Executive Assistant, or Team Leader).

    • Proven ability to lead a team, track performance, and hold members accountable.

    • Demonstrated success in working autonomously and driving projects to completion.

Skills and Tools:

    • Proficiency with tools like Monday.com, Airtable, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.

    • Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Experience in lead generation or outreach is a plus.
