Recruitment Agency HH (www.HH.ge) is announcing a selection for the position of Premium Shuttle Service Driver for the company which operates in Auto Industry in Tbilisi, Georgia

Job Description:

Safe and Efficient Transportation:

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles on scheduled routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the shuttle vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Greet passengers with a friendly and professional demeanor, assisting with loading and unloading luggage or personal items as needed.
• Provide a premium experience by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-kept vehicle for each ride.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns politely, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.
• Follow any special requests from passengers, such as adjusting the climate control, music, or providing local information.

Professional Appearance & Conduct:

• Maintain a professional appearance, including a clean uniform (branded Shuttle service pullovers, Polos) and ensure the vehicle is always neat and presentable.
• Represent the company in a positive and courteous manner, maintaining excellent communication with passengers and team members.
• Handle all customer interactions with patience, respect, and courtesy.

Time Management & Punctuality:

• Follow the shuttle schedule and route details to ensure timely service.
• Adapt quickly to changes in routes or schedules due to weather, traffic, or customer needs.
• Monitor traffic conditions and adjust driving routes when necessary to avoid delays.

Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness:

• Keep the vehicle clean both inside and out, ensuring that it is always presentable for customers.
• Ensure that the shuttle vehicle is stocked with necessary items, such as water bottles, maps, or brochures for passengers.

Communication & Reporting:

• Stay in constant communication with the Shuttle Service Coordinator or Operations Manager regarding any service issues, delays, or customer feedback.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or mechanical issues accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a log of your shifts, routes, passenger counts, and any notable incidents.

Sales and Brand Representation:

• Assist in promoting the company's premium services to passengers, providing information on available shuttle services, loyalty programs, or special offers.
• Build rapport with frequent customers and ensure they have a personalized and exceptional experience.

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience of driving B category vehicle;
• Knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and the ability to use navigation systems;
• Experience of working in premium or luxury transportation service is a plus;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages at intermediate level is a must;

Working hours for this position is a flexible.
