Hotel NOVOTEL is a member of the international hotel chain Accor and is represented in several countries around the world. 
We are newly opened, fast-growing Hotel and looking for a Corporate Sales Manager, who will be a part of our team.  
The property is located in the Avlabari district – the historical center of the city and is a 3-building complex with well-developed infrastructure and a relaxing zone. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure comprehensive and up to date knowledge of properties’ unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies. 
  • Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set. 
  • Develop the network of existing and potential corporate clients, constantly updating the base of contact persons 
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with companies, government organizations, embassies to generate more visitors and bookings. 
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and target markets  
  • Preparing and presenting corporate sales offers, contracts and presentations to organizations. 
  • Formulate hotel offer and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondence. 
  • Maximizing hotel corporate sales revenue, to ensure your hotels achieve their budget  
  • Reaching out to customer leads through sales calls and visits 
  • Coordinate with revenue management team to define pricing strategies and maximize revenue potential. 
  • Participating in trade exhibitions, networking events to promote the hotel and interest potential clients 
  • Conduct site inspection professionally to all guests following the brand standards.  
  • Provide a weekly sales activity report. 
  • Be part of special activities, such as guest cocktails, welcome dinner for groups, etc.  
  • Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required. 
 
Requirements and skills: 
  • Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage. 
  • Previous experience of minimum 2 years in corporate sales in hospitality field 
  • A strong network of contacts of local and regional market,  
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback 
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills 
  • Good communication with local and international trade agencies 
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently as well as teamwork in a rapidly developing, dynamic environment. 
  • Excellent MS Office skills
