Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via chat
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and feedback.
• Learn and communicate key aspects of services to our clients

What We’re Looking For

• Internet connection of at least 100Mbps
• ⁠typing speed of around 60/90 WPM
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a bonus.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• ⁠Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
