TAZE Technologies is announcing a vacancy for an HR Specialist (Relocation to Budva, Montenegro).


For this position, it is required to relocate to Budva, Montenegro.


Your profile:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant HR position (HR administration, HR Manager, Talent Specialist, etc.), preferably within a multinational IT company or call centers;
  • Proficiency in managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, 1-1 meetings, learning and development, satisfaction feedback, performance and salary reviews, and offboarding;
  • Experience in utilizing various HRIS systems;
  • Advanced level of proficiency in both English and Turkish (written and spoken);
  • Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a collaborative, people-centric attitude and a genuine desire to help others;
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in problem-solving, displaying initiative, a creative mindset, and suggesting improvements.


Your day-to-day contribution:

  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties;
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and integration for new employees;
  • Conduct file audits to ensure the collection, maintenance, and updating of all necessary employee documentation;
  • Maintain up-to-date HR files and databases;
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and needs;
  • Oversee performance management and career/team change processes;
  • Collaborate closely with managers to navigate and resolve employee relations issues, identify potential turnover risks, and create long-term retention solutions;
  • Organize training and coaching initiatives when required;
  • Record performance, grievance, and disciplinary information;
  • Leverage analytics and key HR metrics to formulate data-driven solutions;
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee events, such as recognition awards and corporate parties;
  • Handle termination paperwork and contribute to exit interviews;
  • Stay engaged in constant research and development of HR trends.
