Apple Premium Resellers Team in Georgia, ASBC | iSpace invites you to participate in the competition for the vacancy of B2B Team Lead.
Functional responsibilities:
- Provide revenue for the B2B department, where the goal is >120% of the GP budget;
- Strategic Team Management: Development and implementation of strategies for the sale of computer equipment to corporate clients at the country level. Management and motivation of the team to achieve the set goals;
- Development and promotion of new solutions for focus markets based on Apple and non-Apple products;
- Transaction management at all stages, ensuring high-quality management of key modules it4profit (BEU, BRM) and sales funnel (Sales PipeLine and Sales Lead/Project management) according to the company's standards;
- Participation in negotiations with key clients in the region;
- Market development: Analysis of the computer equipment market, identification of new opportunities and trends. Development of plans to expand the customer base and increase market share in the B2B segment;
- Product portfolio management: adding high-margin products and brands;
- Planning, preparing and managing Apple focus projects (Mac75, Mac100, etc.);
- Key Clients and Partners: Interaction with key customers and partners, establishing long-term relationships. Providing customers with high-quality solutions and service;
- Sales Management: Organize an effective sales process, from lead identification to closing deals. Monitoring and analysis of sales, adjusting strategies in accordance with the results;
Human Resources Management:
- Initiate and participate in the recruitment process
- Participate in the design and implementation of learning and development plans (identification of needs and planning of training activities)
- Evaluate and give feedback to staff
- Stimulation and motivation of personnel (KPI system, development of non-financial rewards)
- Budget and Planning: Budgeting, planning and monitoring of financial indicators in the department. Ensuring the implementation of business plans and the achievement of financial goals;
- Reporting: Preparation of regular reports on sales, budget implementation and strategic indicators for top management;
- Interaction with B2B Marketing Team and B2B Trainer to improve the efficiency of the department
Requirements:
- The total work experience in sales from 5 years, in a managerial position from 2 years. B2B experience is a must.
- Higher education in Economics or Finance
- Experience in trade and retail organizations and in international companies, IT
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages
