Logistics Company Qisko logistics is looking for the Finance Assistant.
JD:
- Bank & Funds operations
- Perform cost reconciliation of cash, bank and documents
- Monthly closing activities for cash report, data verification, forecast
- Customers and vendors invoicing, reconciliation, paperwork, and reporting.
- Contacting and organizing documentations
- Communication with the international partners, agencies, and arrangement of internal operations
- Assist manager in Finance reporting and accounting.
- Other assigned work by finance team
Requirement:
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 1+ years accounting experience would be a benefit
- Knowledge of account booking and local tax would be a benefit
- Must be fluent in English and Russian, oral and writing
- Good at Excel
- Good communication skills
- Working experience in the logistics industry will be a plus
Conditions:
- Salary Remuneration NET : 1350 - 1750 GEL according to experience
- Working Conditions: Monday – Friday
- Full time - offline employment – at office
- 10:00 – 18:00
- Location: Tbilisi, Orkhevi
