KPMG is looking for HR Administration Specialist

LOCATION: Tbilisi, Georgia
POSITION OVERVIEW: As an HR Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining personnel databases and files in compliance with Labor Law;
- Preparing the monthly payroll file;
- Managing and updating the HR system to ensure accurate employee records;
- Delivering required staff-related reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and benefits packages;
- Assisting in organizing training sessions and seminars for employees;
- Participating in the entire recruitment process;
- Driving a culture of positive employee relations.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- At least one year of experience in the HR field;
- University degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- People-oriented with a strong team player mentality;
- Proficiency in office software;
- Fluency in English and Georgian; Knowledge of Russian would be an asset.
