Position Overview:
We are looking for a positive, motivated, self-driven, friendly, and flexible Office& Communications Assistance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who enjoys supporting various internal partners/stakeholders and excels in both administrative and communications functions. As an integral part of the Roche Georgia team, you will manage the local office, ensuring smooth daily operations, uphold company activities, and maintain effective communication with partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management Duties:
- Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of the local office, ensuring a productive and well-organized work environment.
- Administrative Support: Provide high-quality support to managers and team members by coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing travel arrangements.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with external vendors, managing office supplies, services, and contract negotiations.
- Project Leadership: Lead initiatives to simplify and harmonize administrative processes, including Records Management and other projects.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate internal and external office events, meetings, and activities.
- Stakeholder Support: Ensure excellent communication and contact with business partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Communications Management Duties:
- Internal Communication: Develop clear and engaging internal communication messages, ensuring that all employees are informed about company news, activities, and updates.
- External Communication: Manage the creation and distribution of content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and website updates to promote Roche Georgia’s activities.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all communications, both internal and external, align with Roche's branding and messaging guidelines.
- Crisis Communication: Assist in managing communication during crisis situations and collaborate with leadership to address urgent or sensitive matters.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, coordinating press opportunities and ensuring accurate public representation of Roche Georgia.

- Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (University degree or equivalent) in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Several years of experience as an administrative assistant or office manager, or communications preferably in an international company.
- Proven experience managing communications efforts, including content creation, social media, and press releases.
- Strong proficiency in office management tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and communication platforms (social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
- Fluency in both Georgian and English, written and verbal.
