Requirements:
- Knowledge of one of the above languages at an advanced level (written, spoken, read)
- Proficiency in the English language
- Good telephone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work
- Good MS Office skills.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating by phone, mail and/or chat with existing customers to solve their queries
- Sharing information about the product or service with customers (fax, email, phone, chat)
- Maintaining information received in a proper manner
- Ability to work effectively with people
- Simple, coherent and clear communication (pleasant tone of voice)
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
