The Crew Manager assistant has the overall responsibility for crew planning and operation functions of seafarers, including all manning requirements of each individual vessel and seafarer, all being in compliance with the regulatory requirements.
Alpha Navigation Maritime Services, LTD   is an international manning company and looking for a good staff to take care about our electronic data base and keep contact with our clients.

Location: Georgia, Batumi.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

Main responsibilities:
  • Working as Client Support center
  • Working with Data base, upload documents and electronic record amendment

Required skills:
  • Communication skills in English language. Georgian and Russian languages knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Communication, organizational and grammatical skills.
  • Crewing manager experience is an advantage.
  • We consider candidates without experience who will be trained by leading specialists of our company who has years of experience in the maritime field. Upon completion of the training course, the best graduates will be offered an employment in the international maritime company.
