Transportation: Company Provided
Salary: 1000 – 1600 Gel
Main Roles and responsibilities:
- ABSOLUTELY NO SALES CALLS
Responsibilities for Customer Service Agent:
- Data entry
- Answering e-mails / chats
- Taking calls
- Striving to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Following up on customer needs as necessary
- Anticipating the needs of clients and addressing them accordingly
- Establishing relationships with new customers
- Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers
- Keeping a high level of knowledge about existing services, and learning about and services
- Fluent in English language (both speaking and writing)
- Your level of English must be at C1 proficiency
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Good familiarity with computers
- 1+ years of experience in the field
- Strong knowledge of industry standards
- Confident and charismatic approach to people
