MOSTY GEORGIA LLP – Tbilisi, Georgia is looking for Junior Project Manager - Renewable Energy
We are a member of the Polish capital group MOSTY, a company with a strong legacy since 1962. Our group has been present in Georgia since 2017, offering a diverse portfolio of business and investment opportunities across renewable energy.
Today, we are accelerating our business in Georgia, investing in renewable energy projects focused on water, and solar power. We are looking for a Renewable Energy Business Development Project Manager who is eager to join our Business Development Team. You will play a key role in identifying market potential for renewable energy projects in Georgia, gathering and analyzing data to present actionable solutions to senior management. Your responsibilities will also include identifying local partners, collaborating with project developers and landowners, liaising with state institutions, understanding the local legal framework, and ensuring smooth project handover to the construction team. This role is based in Tbilisi but involves frequent business travel within Georgia.
Requirements
- To be the perfect fit, we expect you to:
- Have experience in development, managing or technical export or sales.
- Have experience in work with local and government administration
- Be passionate about the renewable energy sector with a strong techno-economic perspective.
- Have a strategic mindset with problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Possess negotiation and communication skills.
- Be self-disciplined, detail-oriented.
- Be able to communicate well in English.
