PB Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR
Manager to oversee and manage all financial aspects of partner Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment
strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their
qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with
employees at all levels.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts
in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote a positive and supportive work
environment.
- Develop and implement performance management
systems to track employee performance and set goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide
constructive feedback.
- Manage the compensation and benefits program,
ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate
payment of salaries and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws,
regulations, and company policies.
- Manage the visa and work permit process for
foreign employees.
- Provide guidance on HR-related legal matters.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to the
Country Manager and Managing Director, detailing employee performance, salary
and deduction information, and any other relevant HR metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR
management.
- Strong understanding of Georgian labor laws and
regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management
skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Fluency in English and Georgian.
