At present we are announcing an opening for the position of: Storeroom Supervisor
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule assignment of storekeepers.
- Assist in the inventory of all items in the storeroom.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions for food, beverage and operating supplies and ensuring that the prescribed par stock is maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of storerooms.
- Ensure that stock cards are up-to-date.
- Control Re-checking food, beverage, general supplies and operating equipment delivered from the Receiving Section to ensure conformity with quantity and quality specifications
- Control allocation of received items in the storeroom as per standard
- Control Maintanance of an orderly and functional arrangement of all items in the storeroom
- Control Marking prices on receiving records according to the prices shown on the Purchase Requisition or Market List
- Other related duties as may be required
Main Requirements:
- Previous work experience in related position (preferable in a hotel)
- Excellent Communication Skills;
- English level B1
- Organized, detail-oriented;
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Motivated, good team-player.
