Your profile:
- Upper-intermediate English or higher;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Experience in the position of Team Lead for 1 year and more;
- Work experience of 2 years or more with Facebook ads;
- Experience managing a team of 5 people or more;
- Confident user of tools: Keitaro, spy services, etc.;
- Ability to work with large budgets.
Your day-to-day contribution:
- Creating a team from scratch;
- Team management (selection, adaptation, training, work control);
- KPI control;
- Generating ideas for new connections and approaches;
- Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of advertising campaigns;
- Searching for new tools to increase team efficiency;
- Performance analysis to increase ROI and profit.
