Your profile:
- 3+ years of proven experience in product development and management;
- Experience in e-commerce is a must;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners;
- An innovative mindset is necessary, with a passion for improving user experiences and driving product excellence;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Your day-to-day contribution:
- Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of products within our portfolio, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation;
- Innovation and Improvement: Implement innovative approaches and solutions to enhance user experience based on thorough data analysis and research;
- Hypothesis Testing: Generate, test, and iterate on hypotheses to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction;
- Roadmap Management: Develop and manage the product development roadmap, aligning with business goals and strategies;
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with various teams and external contractors to ensure seamless product development and delivery;
- Business Partnership: Become the main link between business and technology, ensuring alignment of product strategies with overall business objectives.
