Requirements:
- English - upper intermediate level and higher;
- Strong communication skills;
- Productivity, ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and adhere to deadlines;
- Ability to work with statistics and conduct basic analysis;
- High analytical skills;
- An understanding of the main concepts of the work of an affiliate program manager - traffic, conversion, CPC, CPA, income, profit, ROMI;
- Experience in the positions of Account Manager, Customer Support Manager, and Marketing Manager will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Expand the partner program, work with existing partners, and attract new ones;
- Review and improve existing agreements in order to maximize profit and traffic quality;
- Develop new work strategies and implement them;
- Monitor and analyze performance on a daily basis, as well as maintain expense reports.
