SlataDoc is a LegalTech company located in Tbilisi. Our integrative translation tool uses AI and translation memory to help lawyers format and translate legal documents easily and securely. With our tool, lawyers can streamline the translation process and work with both human and machine translators. We empower lawyers to take control over their translations and focus on their core responsibilities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern at SlataDoc. As an Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with various operational tasks related to community growth and customer satisfaction. You will also support and work closely with our CEO to conduct various research and gain valuable experience in the legal tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts, tailored to each event.
• ⁠Social Media Management and Event Promotion: Support the management of our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok), including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and audience engagement, including responding to comments.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media content, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• ⁠Support and work closely with the CEO to conduct ad-hoc research and operational tasks.

Offices located near 300 Aragveli metro.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong experience with using Microsoft Office, especially MS Word and Excel
• High proficiency in English (Georgian and Russian is a plus)
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and graphic design tools (SEO, Ads Manager, Canva, Photoshop etc.)
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a degree in law, business, marketing or a related field
