PB Services are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of the Complex to oversee the operations of our international production facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex manufacturing environments and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize plant performance and achieve key business objectives.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team of managers and supervisors.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment with multiple levels of hierarchy.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex problems in a timely and effective manner.
