GT Motors - Official dealer of International Brands Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford, Suzuki, BMW and Mini in Georgia - is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives at our premier car dealership dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for cars and the automotive industry, coupled with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Responsibilities:
- Developing and ensuring a consistent marketing strategy and planning based on customer needs
- Conducting market research and strategic planning
- Establishing and implementing a marketing strategy for dealership
- Coordinating dealership customer communications
- Coordinating marketing initiatives and events
- Coordinating potential marketing opportunities across dealership departments
- Takes the opportunity to develop conversations with customers to find out more about them and build relationships (e.g. at customer events)
- Ensures any requests from a customer are handled promptly and accurately so that the customer’s expectations will be met
- Improving dealership customer experience and ensuring customer feedback is accurately captured
- Planning, steering and controlling overall marketing budget, incl. measures and aligning with corresponding KPIs and management report
- Heads regular Marketing meetings with the Retailer’s Sales and Aftersales teams to agree plans and report progress
- Tracks progress to ensure that each element of marketing activity is delivered to time, quality, cost and spend targets and provides management information that is transparent and dependable
- Takes a proactive approach to identify any recurring problems which affect the customer experience, supports projects to deliver continuous improvement to ways of working
- Monitoring sub-dealer marketing activities
- Leads, mentors and inspires the Marketing Team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Requirements
- A genuine enthusiasm for cars and the automotive sector is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing within the automotive industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in building high-performing teams.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on innovative marketing solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Professional experience of working with and managing agencies and internal company resources
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience with content marketing, and social media management.
