The content of the work to be performed within the vacancy is as follows:
- reflection of information about the student in the electronic management system of the educational university;
- Providing consultation for foreign and Georgian entrants on the necessary procedures for enrolling in the educational university;
- Providing information and consulting to students about recognition of education received abroad, residence permit, academic and financial registration procedure, student status, mobility, normative acts in force at the educational university and other similar issues;
- Providing information about relevant events and announced vacancies to students by sending e-mail and mobile messages, posting an announcement in a visible place in the university, organizing a meeting and using other similar means;
- Discussion of initiatives of individual students and student self-government and lobbying with relevant structural units of the educational university;
- Organization of trainings, seminars and other similar events on skills necessary for career success;
- periodic survey of students and graduates, collection of statistical data on their employment, analysis and formation of a strategic plan;
- Finding potential employers, signing memorandums of cooperation with them and creating employment/practice prospects for students
- Issuing notices about the student's status and other similar issues within the scope of competence;
- within the scope of competence, performing the instructions and tasks of the head of the service;
- Implementation of other functions that, depending on the purpose of the service, fall within the competence of the student service and career support service
The main qualification requirements are:
- Higher education: preferably in the field of Higher education: social sciences// marketing/business administration or other similar field;
- Work experience: in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
- Proficiency in English: not less than B2 level;
- Knowledge of computer programs: Microsoft Office.
Place of work: Batumi
Working hours: full time
Trial period: 3 months
Salary: 1000 Lari
