The educational university "Bau International University, Batumi" LLC announces a vacancy for the Rector’s Assistant.

The content of the work to be performed within the vacancy is as follows:
- Assisting the rector in current, daily work process;
- Organizing and coordinating business meetings planned by the rector;
- Attending meetings and its administrative work support; planned
- Receive/send incoming and outgoing letters/documentation and translate as needed;
- Carrying out other administrative activities on the instructions of the rectors.
The main qualification requirements are:
- Higher education: preferably in the field of business administration and management
- Work experience: in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
- Proficiency in English: not less than B2 level;
- Proficiency in Turkish: basic level;
- Knowledge of computer programs: Microsoft Office.
Place of work: Batumi
Working hours: full time
Trial period: 3 months
Salary: 1000 Lari
