Recruitment Agency HH (www.HH.ge) is announcing a selection for the position of B2B Sales Manager for leading real-estate development company in Batumi
Job Description:
- Build and maintain strategic contacts with real estate agencies through cold calling, email outreach, networking and referrals
- Schedule meetings, presentations and training sessions for representatives of real estate agencies
- Sign agreements between the company and real estate agencies in the local market and target countries
- Schedule and conduct live and online meetings with potential clients generated by real estate agencies to present projects
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to close deals
- Handle tasks related to sales efforts, such as preparing proposals and contracts
- Create new offers for collaborations with real estate agencies based on data analysis
- Attend real estate exhibitions to find potential collaboration opportunities
- Manage the sales pipeline and progress, including updating CRM systems, tracking leads, and managing tasks and deadlines
Requirements:
- Higher Education, preferably in the field of Business Administration;
- 3 years of experience in Sales, 1 year in the field of Real-Estate Construction/Development;
- Experience in international sales is preferable;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Good Knowledge of English and Russian Languages.
