Position Description Summary:
  • Responsible for ensuring adequate support to Customers, Sales, and Upper Management as well as intra and inter-department support for international shipments. It involves Buying rate negotiations/carrier procurement as well as quotations for existing Customers, including key, strategic, and high-profile accounts, and for potential prospects. Assignments include negotiations of both buying and selling rates, involving carrier negotiations, booking instructions, and projections covering both the internal and external demand.

Your tasks:
  • You will ensure the smooth organization of our FCL - LCL shipments from pick-up to delivery.
  • You coordinate Ocean shipments for our customers and offices.
  • You enter and process our orders and create the corresponding documents and corresponding documents for customs clearance.
  • You keep track of shipments and meet delivery deadlines.
  • You communicate with our worldwide offices, carriers, and customs authorities.

Your profile:
  • Freight Forwarding or commercial training.
  • Work experience in Freight Forwarding with focus on Ocean products (LCL preferable).
  • Good knowledge of Georgian, English
  • You enjoy working with new systems and are quick to get to grips with processes.
  • You are an organizational talent and keep an overview even in stressful times.
  • You like to work in a team but work independently and effectively in your area of responsibility.
