- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to details.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Knowledge of principals of using dishes and pastry receipt’s books.
- Ability to work in a team (be team player).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Materials Control Software.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Control over receiving and invoice recording process.
- Updating the cost prices of products.
- Implementation and control of PAR Levels.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly cost reports.
- Organizes and caries out inventories in storehouses and all points of sales.
- Inventory Variance analysis
- Recording of internal documents in Materials Control Software.
- Participation in the month end process according to corporate deadlines.
- Export and handover of necessary data to the accounts payable.
- Reconciliation of received goods/services with Revenue Service Portal.
