Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist customers with locksmith and garage service requests, providing accurate and efficient solutions
• Coordinate and schedule services with our field technicians
• Manage and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
