Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Highlight the benefits of our real estate offerings and address client concerns.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions to achieve optimal outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Close real estate deals by securing contracts and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and local regulations.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
