Victoria Holdings 333 LLC are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager for international company  to join  dynamic team!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Highlight the benefits of our real estate offerings and address client concerns.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions to achieve optimal outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Close real estate deals by securing contracts and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and local regulations.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
