CENN is announcing a call for consultancy services under the Enhancing Green Rural Economy and Energy in Georgia project, funded by the Austrian Development Cooperation. The overall intended impact of the project is to reduced poverty, improve livelihoods and climate-resilience for vulnerable rural communities in Georgia.
The selected legal entity or consortium of experts should ensure that the procurement object, a design concept based on field research, will serve as a guiding document in the design phase and as a demonstration model for planning and implementing a unified national program for the climate change adaptation of mountain resorts. The project concept should be prepared taking into account state and local (population, business, self-government) interests.
