Business Professionals Network Georgia is annuncing a vacancy for : Head of Business Academy/Business Coach
Business Professionals Network (BPN) is a Swiss organisation that promotes entrepreneurship in emerging economies. BPN has been present on the Georgian market since 2017.
We advise businesses on an individual and long-term basis through one-on-one business coaching, practice-oriented training in the fundamentals of business management and the facilitation of a business association.

Position Head of Business Academy/Business Coach
Reports to: BPN Georgia Country Manager
Location: Tbilisi
Workload: 100%
Start date: As soon as possible

Position purpose:The Head of Business Academy will lead the growth and development of the BPN Georgia Business Academy by driving innovative marketing initiatives to attract new clients and forge strategic partnerships with training providers and companies seeking corporate training. This role also includes overseeing the seamless logistical management of all seminars and workshops, ensuring an exceptional learning experience for our customers.
In addition, the incumbent will act as a Business Coach, working with BPN program participants to develop strong business and financial plans and provide strategic guidance, insightful goal setting and performance improvement in various business areas.

Main tasks Workload
  • Promotion of the BPN Georgia Business Academy
  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing measures for seminars and workshops in collaboration with the BPN Georgia Sales and Marketing Manager. 
  • Write and publish content marketing articles, with a particular focus on topics related to our learning content.
  • Answer customer inquiries.
  • Discover new marketing platforms and strategies to attract seminar participant.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing training partners while actively pursuing new partnerships to expand our network.
  • Seek clients for corporate seminars. 30%

Qualitative Expansion of the Seminar Program
  • Source and onboard new trainers with expertise in SME-related topics to enhance our offerings and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
  • Lead and optimise the logistical handling of seminars and workshops.
  • Deliver specialized training to our customers in an area where you have particular expertise and experience.
  • Ensure comprehensive follow-up for all training events, including the preparation of training certificates and timely updates across our social media channels, website and CRM system. 30%

Acquisition of new BPN Programme Participants, Technical Advisory and Coaching for existing BPN Programme Participants
  • Co-facilitate business and financial planning workshops.
  • Assist entrepreneurs in the preparation of their business and financial plan throughout the entire pre-selection process.
  • Work with the BPN Georgia Country Director to conduct end selection interviews.
  • Ensure that every assigned BPN programme participant receives a minimum of three individual coaching sessions annually, while meticulously documenting each session in the CRM system. 30%
  • Support other team members in their duties.
  • Participate in team works and programme development initiatives.
  • Manage processes in absence of task leaders. 10%

Qualification profile
  • Education background Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a Learning & Development-related field.
  • Professional experience Proven experience in marketing and sales (required)
  • Experience in providing technical advisory and coaching to SMEs (required)
  • Adult teaching experience as a lecturer/ trainer (desirable)
  • Curriculum development experience (desirable)
  • Other skills Fluent in English or German (written and spoken) 
  • Excellent computer skills
