We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead our operations in Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fintech industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth. As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations in the country, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful implementation of our fintech solutions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Develop and implement the overall strategic direction for the company in Georgia.
- Manage and oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Substantially increase the size of the loan portfolio by expanding operations geographically, introducing new products, and increasing the number of partners and intermediaries across the entire market.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the company, making data-driven decisions to maximize profitability.
- Strengthen the team with experienced professionals who are eager to grow, take ownership, and lead their respective areas with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Increase company brand awareness across the market and build solid marketing, sales, and
- collection mechanism within the organization.
- Represent the company and engage in negotiations with various stakeholders, including regulatory, clients, partners, and industry associations.
