Customs Clearance and Postal Service Company is looking for the Finance Specialist
JD:
- Conduct Bank/Manual payment & status tracking and prepare cash flow forecast.
- Monthly bank reconciliation.
- Handle unbalanced items with root cause analysis, proactively identify problems, and solve the problems.
- Perform cost reconciliation and settle payables on a timely basis
- Monthly closing activities for cash report, data verification, and cross-item reconciliation.
- Support to implement and improve standard financial procedures;
- Other assigned work by HQ finance.
Requirement:
- University degree in finance or accounting or equivalent
- 1+ years accounting experience
- Knowledge of account booking and local tax rules is a plus
- Must be fluent in English and Russian, oral and writing
- Good at Excel
- Good communication skills
- Working experience in the logistics industry will be a plus.
Conditions:
- Salary Remuneration NET : 1500 - 2000 GEL according to experience
- Working Conditions: Monday – Saturday
- Full time - offline employment – at office 10:00 – 18:00
- Location: Tbilisi, Orkhevi and Airport Highway
