PB Services are
seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager for international
company to join dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek
out and qualify potential VIP clients through various channels, including personal
data base of VIP clients, cold calling,
networking, and online marketing;
- Develop strong relationships with clients by
understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide
exceptional customer service throughout the sales process;
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the
benefits of our glulam houses,
highlighting their competitive advantages in comparison with ordinary
building technologies;
- Conduct effective negotiations to achieve
mutually beneficial agreements and close deals;
- Collaborate with our construction team to ensure
projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest
standards of quality;
- Track and analyze sales performance using CRM
software. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to
management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to
potential clients through various channels, including personal contacts, cold calling, email campaigns,
and social media;
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective
clients to discuss their needs and present our products;
- Prepare customized sales proposals, including
pricing, project timelines, and contract terms;
- Conduct negotiations with clients to address
concerns and reach mutually agreeable terms;
- Close deals by ensuring all necessary paperwork
is completed and signed;
- Maintain regular communication with clients
throughout the construction process to address any questions or concerns;
- Track sales activities and performance using CRM
software. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Georgian and English /Russian
is mandatory
- Interest and ability to quickly learn new things
- Availability of VIP customer database
- Minimum 3 years
of proven VIP sales experience in the
construction or direct VIP sales.
- Ability to read blueprints, estimate project
costs, and utilize software such as Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making
abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.,
construction management, engineering, sales) preferred;
