Helfy  are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Searching for new partners among medical cannabis producers, interacting with them, obtaining up-to-date information on available products, prices, and quantities.
  • Gathering information on the terms and conditions under which we work with manufacturers.
  • Working with the Hertz Apo pharmacy - updating information on product availability, prices, adding new manufacturers. Mediation between the pharmacy and manufacturers. 
  • Dealing with other pharmacies on the availability of products and prices. Assistance in adding new pharmacies. Information support for pharmacies.
  • Adding new products to the site: preparing the necessary minimum content, adding content through the back office to the site, updating  information on all landing pages.
  • Communication between pharmacies and the customer support service regarding the availability of products, search for alternative products in case of unavailability.
  • Working with tables - Managing pricing tables, understanding of pricing formation. Tables of product availability for different pharmacies. Tables with content.
  • Adding new products and categories - collecting the necessary information to approve products with a doctor. Preparation of the necessary content. Placing content on the website. Pricing
  • Data analysis from Algolia - analysis of products that are searched on our website, regarding their relation to a certain category and the possibility of being added to the site.
  • Analysis of competitors' offers - analysis of competitors' offers in terms of their product range. Analysis of competitors' prices in certain categories on request.
  • Communication with doctors - communication with doctors about the possibility of adding a new medicine/category to the website. Developing questionnaires together with doctors.
  • Working with content - creating a template for writing content for new products, creating questionnaires, editing existing content on demand.
  • Pricing - collecting the necessary information on supply and demand. Maintaining a table with prices.
  • Work with the customer support team - work with the customer support team on questions that come from customers (availability of products, possibility of adding new products, search for alternative products)

The requirements:
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a MUST.
  • Proficiency in German would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience would be a plus.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM
