Paint Your Life is looking for an English Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Position - English Speaking Customer Service representative 
Working days: Monday – Friday  
Working hours: 18:00-03:00 GE time. 

The job is remote and will last until January. 
Salary Range: $800
 
Job requirements: 
  • Working experience minimum 6 month . 
  • Fluent in the English language - Excellent Verbal and writing skills are a must 
  • Personal Communication skills 
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage 
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

Job description: 
  • Responsible of answering incoming calls of Customers 
  • Responsible to do outgoing calls to follow up on the existing customers/orders 
  • Responsible of answering incoming E-mails of Customer 
  • Maintaining Customer account records in the system 
  • Identify and assess customer`s needs to achieve satisfaction 
  • Provide accurate and valid information by using the tools given on professional training 
  • Clarifying and resolving customer`s complaints 
  • Providing appropriate solutions within the time limits 
  • Selecting and explaining the best solution for customer 
  • Following up to ensure resolution 
  • Complete tasks given by the team leader
