for the position, Assistant to the CEO for international Company, which
operates in the field of cash registers and technical equipment Dealership.
Job Description:
- Planning and organizing meetings;
- Planning/organizing various events and preparing
presentations;
- Preparation and updating of various databases as
per request;
- Planning, organizing and managing various
projects;
- Organizational and administrative support of the
company CEO;
- Translation of meetings, business correspondence
and various documents into English and Georgian languages;
- Provide project time control, reminders;
- Informing employees on various issues on the
instructions of the CEO;
- Preparation of various reports;
- Exceptions to the job description may be
determined by the supervisor's instruction or a separate instruction, which is
communicated to the employee;
- Performing other tasks of the CEO, which may not
be directly specified in the present description, but derive from the purpose
of the position.
Requirements:
- Higher Education;
- 6 month – 1 year of experience as Administrative
Assistant/Administrative Manager/Assistant to CEO;
- Good Knowledge of English Language.
