Recruitment Agency HH (www.HH.ge) is announcing a selection for the position of B2B Sales Manager for leading real-estate development company in Batumi


Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strategic contacts with real estate agencies through cold calling, email outreach, networking and referrals
  • Schedule meetings, presentations and training sessions for representatives of real estate agencies
  • Sign agreements between the company and real estate agencies in the local market and target countries
  • Schedule and conduct live and online meetings with potential clients generated by real estate agencies to present projects
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to close deals
  • Handle tasks related to sales efforts, such as preparing proposals and contracts
  • Create new offers for collaborations with real estate agencies based on data analysis
  • Attend real estate exhibitions to find potential collaboration opportunities
  • Manage the sales pipeline and progress, including updating CRM systems, tracking leads, and managing tasks and deadlines


Requirements:

  • Higher Education, preferably in the field of Business Administration;
  • 3 years of experience in Sales, 1 year in the field of Real-Estate Construction/Development;
  • Experience in international sales is preferable;
  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Good Knowledge of English and Russian Languages.
