Job description ICT Application Manage Nr.
Area Business Solution Services
Main Tasks
This section describes the general tasks and competencies included in this role.
Specifically for D365, over 3 years of implementation experience with F&SCM (Finance & Supply Chain Management) and solid methodological and process knowledge in the relevant areas (e.g., production, logistics, finance and controlling, sales, etc.). Additionally, experience in integration and application operations (interfaces, Azure services, etc.).
Job Objective:
- Translate business requirements and change requests into application requirements. Maintain, test, and support (2nd level) the assigned applications.
- Support business units/business analysts in creating requirement specifications for solution approaches considering technical system requirements.
- Gather, review, and document the ICT needs and expectations of business units in their project plans.
- Develop solution proposals and decision-making bases based on the collected requirements.
- Support and accompany external partners in implementing application requirements.
- Create test cases, evaluate, and accompany user tests.
- Analyze and resolve application disruptions and errors (2nd level), develop workaround solutions.
- Create, update, maintain, and manage application documentation such as operating manuals, user manuals, and instructions.
- Inform application users about disruptions, application messages, and planned interruptions.
- Participate in ICT projects.
Requirements / Competencies

Professional Requirements:
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training or high school diploma
- In-depth knowledge of relevant applications, systems, and processes
- At least 2 years of experience in the relevant professional field
