Recruitment Agency HH (www.HH.ge)  is announcing a selection for the position of Soft Administrator, for an company, which operates in the field of Real Estate Development in Tbilisi, Georgia

Job Description

• Administer, configure and maintain the Bitrix 24 ensure smooth operation and optimal functionality;
• Coordinate the integration of the Bitrix 24 system with other tools and platforms;
• Register documentation in Bitrix 24;
• Provide technical support to Bitrix 24 users, troubleshooting issues and offer solutions;
• Train team members on Bitrix 24 best practices and system usage;
• Data quality monitoring within the Bitrix 24 system, ensuring accuracy and consistency;
• Collaborate with Bitrix 24 support company to resolve all issues or initiate new processes.
• Generate reports and dashboards for management, providing insights into sales, marketing, and customer service activities;

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory,
• Degree in Information Technology or in a related field is desirable;
• 2 Years Working Experience on a position of a Software administrator;
• Experience with Bitrix 24;
• MS Office, Experience with CRM systems
• Good Knowledge of English of Russian Language
• Knowledge of Georgian language is not mandatory
