We are looking for a Sales Analytics for CAU and BY

About the role
As an Sales Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business through comprehensive analytics and systems management. Your expertise in CRM, databases, and Power BI will be instrumental in simplifying report creation, driving Power BI implementation, and enhancing overall reporting processes. You will also support CRM systems and their users and contribute to business planning and forecasting to foster growth.

Role Responsibilities
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead key activities and advance your career. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting data processing and analysis at all sales levels (Sell-In / Sell-Out / Consumption).
  • Preparing reports for sales, marketing, and other departments, with a strong emphasis on Power BI.
  • Planning and forecasting sales from various perspectives (region / SR / products), and calculating bonuses for the sales team.
  • Maintaining and updating databases for report preparation, including pharmacy directories and other essential data.
  • Developing and implementing automated data processing systems.
  • Managing the current CRM system, supporting users, and providing training and instructions on its use.
  • Performing additional tasks as requested.

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a good understanding of VBA.
  • Experience with Power BI and CRM systems.
  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English and Russian.
  • A bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Detail oriented person
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing analytics in FMCG
