Job Description: 

• We are seeking an experienced English-Speaking Sales Manager to join our team in Georgia. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating B2B leads and expanding our presence in the priority markets.  

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate B2B leads in the key markets. 
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach efforts. 
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns. 
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. 
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of tours. 
• Generate new business and contribute to the growth of CreaTour in the German market. 

Requirements: 

• Fluency in English is essential. 
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
• Familiarity with CRM systems and MS-Word/Excel. 
• Willingness to travel as needed.
