Our customers are large international companies, leaders in the insurance industry. We are looking for a QA Engineer. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing test strategies for projects.
- Assist in the performance of software testing procedures on the Application Software and ensure all errors are identified and corrected before release to clients.
- Identifying testing goals, timelines, and resource needs for projects.
- Executing test scripts and reviewing results.
- Drawing up the documentation for functional testing.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting processing problems and apply solutions.
- Organizing meetings to discuss outstanding issues with QA team and developers.
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential problems in work.
- Classifying the current software errors and storing them in the database.
- Designing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Developing and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure scalable and efficient testing.
- Mentoring junior QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices, technical skills, and career development.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
- Experience in project management and QA methodology.
- Working experience in the development team for several years.
- Skilled in working with databases such as MS SQL, and CosmosDB.
- Proficient in various testing strategies.
- Proficient in using Jira and Azure DevOps for project management
- Knowledge of Python, Bash for developing scripts.
- Experience with automotive tests frameworks (such as Robot Framework)
- Familiar with such tools as Postman, Jira, Miro etc.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Proficient in English at the B2+ level.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Attention to detail.
