Overview: The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Director of Operations and hotel staff, ensuring efficient office operations and excellent guest service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive reception and care for all associates and guests.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Conduct market research and gather guest feedback for quality improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local guidelines and hotel policies.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the level of preparedness for the meetings that the Director of Operations and CMD have to attend.
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing, arranging travel and accommodation for business associates, business trips and Head office and any other specific circumstances defined by the Director of Operations and CMD.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Fluency in English language.

Personal Qualities:
  • High emotional maturity and integrity.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
