We have been on the market for more than 15 years. Our Headquarters is in Chisinau, Moldova, with a branch in Tbilisi, Georgia, which has been thriving for over 2 years. Besides that, we have associates and freelancers all over the world.
We are currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in updating information on our platform in the international development sector. Join us and be an essential member of our dynamic team, contributing to the success of our globally recognized company DevelopmentAid.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor an individually assigned list of sources as assigned by the supervisor;
- Daily access to the assigned sources to identify relevant information;
- Transfer of data from the source into the database by collecting all required information;
- Accurate entry and classification of information according to the established work guidelines provided by the supervisor;
- Identify/report double records;
- Internet search for incomplete data and/or additional relevant information;
- Liaison with the supervisor to identify and solve work-related issues.
Your competencies:
- Good command of the English language (at least B2 level);
- University Degree;
- Basic knowledge of other languages (French/Spanish) is an advantage;
- Computer literacy (standard Office applications);
- Routine Resistant - Comfortable working with repetitive tasks;
- Experience is not mandatory.
