ASVLA is looking for Lawyer
We are seeking a focused and highly organized lawyer to join our team at ASVLA. The primary role will be to ensure that the company remains compliant with all local legislative changes, especially regarding Georgian gambling laws, and to provide timely counsel to management. This role will also require supporting contract management alongside our main legal advisory partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legislation Monitoring: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Georgian gambling laws, working closely with local regulatory bodies to understand potential changes and provide timely advice.
- Government Monitoring: Track and analyze legislative developments that could impact the business, offering early insights and strategies to the executive team.
- Representation: Represent ASVLA in court, negotiations, labor inspections, audits and other legal proceedings in agreement with our legal advisors.
- Risk Evaluation: Research and assess legal risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance and minimizing exposure.
- Contract Management: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of contracts and agreements with our legal advisors and vendors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in legal roles related to business operations.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory bodies and gambling laws in Georgia.
- Experience in contract law, negotiations, and document drafting.
- Ability to provide the management with clear, concise, and actionable legal advice.
